Collin R. Bennett, MD
Family Medicine Physician
I grew up in Colorado Springs and am a board-certified family medicine physician. I founded Peak Health, PLLC, to bring in-person, patient-focused direct primary care to Colorado Springs once my Army service ends.
My interest in medicine began after a high school sports injury and has shaped my focus on prevention, performance and long-term health ever since. I attended the University of Colorado Boulder, where I took part in Air Force ROTC, served as a resident advisor and played rugby in the Pac-12. I then worked as a cardiovascular technician at Boulder Medical Center before earning my M.D. from Wayne State University School of Medicine and completing my family medicine residency at Womack Army Medical Center.
My clinical focus is primary care, preventive medicine and performance optimization, delivered through a relationship-centered, evidence-based approach.

Battalion flight surgeon.
I serve as a U.S. Army flight surgeon at Fort Carson, and recently deployed to the Middle East as a battalion flight surgeon, caring for aircrews and soldiers far from a hospital.
That work taught me to make sound decisions with limited resources and to keep healthy people performing at their best. It's the approach I'll bring to Peak Health patients in Colorado Springs.
