  • Thousands of patients assigned to each doctor

How it sits beside insurance.

Direct primary care is not health insurance.

Your membership covers what happens between you and your primary care doctor, which is most of the care most people need in a year. It does not cover hospital stays, surgery, specialists or emergencies.

Many members pair it with a high-deductible health plan for the big, rare things. Peak Health does not bill insurance, which is what keeps the visits long and the prices plain.
